Today was a dreary, chilly, and rainy day. There wasn't a lot of activity here.

The Nolte's neighbor donated a stove. We unloaded it in the rain and put it in position.

Did I mention rain?

New broom cupboard New broom cupboard, just inside the entrance way and on the back wall of the kitchen (where the stove is located)

Here's a view from the office into the kitchen. View from office towards kitchen

Jean painting the floor Jean's painting the Pastor's office floor with DryLok, which is supposed to be a moisture barrier.

Of course, the theory of the paint is that it keeps water from coming up through the floor. But it doesn't prevent it from coming in through the door! Leaks at office door

Leaks near fireplace We discovered leaks all around the chimney.

One advantage to a rainy day is that we get to find the leaks in the roof. Of course the disadvantage is that we find leaks in the roof! Puddles on floor from leaks in roof

Stains on the ceiling of the furnace room Stains on the ceiling of the furnace room show that we need to inspect with ladders and lights.

The gnome looks out the kitchen window at the rainy day. Gnome looking out the window
